"Something must be done to reduce the economic insecurity in the African-American community and specifically in African-American single parent households. The Institute of Wonderful Women Working for Empowerment is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Our History

Established by a group of African-American women, the goal of the organization is to promote the economic well being of minority women, with a special focus on African-American women through education and training.  We embrace the guidance of  our ancestors by bringing self-awareness, healing and wellness, spiritual renewal, stimulation of the mind and economic and personal enrichment.
